Warranty for the goods
1. RF Government Regulation No.612 of 27.09.2007 "On approval of Regulations of Remote Sales of Goods" cl. 21.: the Buyer shall have the right to refuse from the ordered Goods at any time prior to receiving it, and after receiving the Goods, within 14 days.
2. Return of the appropriate quality Goods shall be possible in case if its market condition, consumer properties, and a document confirming the purchase and terms of purchase of the Goods specified, are preserved. According to clause 1, Article 25 of the RF Law "Concerning the Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 2300-1 of 07.02.1992, the used Goods cannot be returned.
3. The term for return of funds, except the Seller's expenses at the Goods shipment to the Buyer, shall be determined in accordance with the method of return and shall be not more than 10 days from the date of the returned goods delivery to the Seller's warehouse together with the Application for return filled in by the Buyer Terms of credit of funds to the recipient's settlement account depend on the beneficiary bank internal rules
4. At this, according to the RF Government Regulation No.55 of January 19, 1988, the following goods should not be subject to return or exchange:
- sewn and knitted items (sewn and knitted lingerie, hosiery). Sewn and knitted lingerie (According to GOST 17037-85 "Sewn and knitted items. Terms and definitions") includes: pyjamas, night-dress, underwear, swim briefs, swimsuits, bathing suits, beach wear and the other similar items;
5. For consideration of the return application, you need to:
5.1. Inform the customer department about your decision by sending a letter to Stephanie43@mail.ru with the specification of the goods number and the subject "Return of goods".
5.2. Print and fill in the Application for Return of Goods with the reason for return specified. Please fill out the Application in block letters.
5.3. Please enclose the register receipt or the Delivery-Acceptance Report.
6. Upon the Application agreement, you can return the goods in pick-up points of SDEK, PEK courier service in your city/town at:
