1. Cooperations terms:

Shipment in packages, size runs:
• 98,104,110  -  3,4, 5 years
• 116,122,128 – 6,7,8 years
• 134, 140 - 9,10 years

2. How to make an order

• Add the selected goods from the catalogue to the cart, specify the size
• Go to the page "Cart", check the correctness of positions selected
• Click the button "Place an order" or "Quick order"
• "Quick order" function allows not to pass the entire order placement procedure by yourself. You fill in the form, and the store manager calls you back shortly.
• Enter personal information: full name, telephone number, e-mail, delivery address, payment method.
• In the field "Comments to the order", enter information that can be useful for shipment: the preferred freight transport company (TC)

3. Method of payment

After the order placement, you will receive an invoice to your e-mail, which should be paid within 3 days, otherwise it will be broken up and automatically deleted. If, for some reason, you cannot make the complete payment for the order, you can make the 20 % advance payment, and the goods will be reserved for the period of up to 3 weeks from the date of advance payment transfer to the seller's account
You can pay for your account by any convenient method:
• Under the settlement account (bank details will be specified in the invoice)
• Bank card 

4. Method of delivery

• Select the name of your region and settlement from the list in the "Cart" section
• If you did not find your settlement in the list, select the value "Different location" and enter the name of your settlement into the field "City/town."
The goods are shipped within 3 (three) business days from the date of payment transfer to the seller's settlement account.
• The seller pays for delivery to the TC
• TC selected by you calculates the delivery cost, and this cost shall be paid at the buyer's expense
• Delivery term depends on your city/town distance.

5. Exchange and return of the goods

1. RF Government Regulation No.612 of 27.09.2007 "On approval of Regulations of Remote Sales of Goods" cl. 21.: the Buyer shall have the right to refuse from the ordered Goods at any time prior to receiving it, and after receiving the Goods, within 14 days.

2. Return of the appropriate quality Goods shall be possible in case if its market condition, consumer properties, and a document confirming the purchase and terms of purchase of the Goods specified, are preserved. According to clause 1, Article 25 of the RF Law "Concerning the Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 2300-1 of 07.02.1992, the used Goods cannot be returned.

3. The term for return of funds, except the Seller's expenses at the Goods shipment to the Buyer, shall be determined in accordance with the method of return and shall be not more than 10 days from the date of the returned goods delivery to the Seller's warehouse  Terms of credit of funds to the recipient's settlement account depend on the beneficiary bank internal rules.
 4. At this, according to the RF Government Regulation No.55 of January 19, 1988, the following goods should not be subject to return or exchange:
- sewn and knitted items (sewn and knitted lingerie, hosiery). Sewn and knitted lingerie (According to GOST 17037-85 "Sewn and knitted items. Terms and definitions") includes: pyjamas, night-dress, underwear, swim briefs, swimsuits, bathing suits, beach wear and the other similar items;

For consideration of the return application, you need to:

• Inform the customer department about your decision by sending a letter to the address  Stephanie43@mail.ru with the specification of the goods number and the subject "Return of goods".
• Please specify the following information in your letter: 1. reason for return 2. attach the photo of the goods returned, 3. specify details for funds transfer
• Upon the order confirmation, you can return the goods in pick-up points of SDEK, PEK courier service in your city/town at:  610014, Kirov, Pervomaiskaya St. 16 Receiver: M. Yu. Ivanova. Shipment is carried out at the buyer's expense.
